Since the building is owned by the landlord, it will be the responsibility of the landlord to pay for all sanitising.
5. The landlord and the property manager will actually keep getting repair requests. If a property manager is employed, it is the responsibility of the property manager to make sure that anything and everything is repaired on time.
6. It is the responsibility of the property manager to make sure that all disputes and complaints set forth by the tenants are resolved. If the property manager is not able to do so, he should refer the landlord, because the landlord has all the powers.
7. Next, once a tenant is going to move out, it is the responsibility of the landlord to decide if he is going to renovate the place or not. He can take the help of the property manager to do so.
8. It is the responsibility of the landlord to return the security deposit, because the deposit is usually paid to him. The property manager is responsible for taking care of all of the paperwork.
